Capelin Crew delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Capelin Crew ships worldwide to more than 100 countries and regions. Most orders arrive within 10 to 12 business days, though times may vary by destination, customs processing, and shipping method. Orders over USD $49 qualify for free shipping, while smaller orders incur a standard fee. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. International logistics partners pre-pay applicable customs duties and VAT before shipment. Once an order ships, customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to view delivery status.

Returns

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers should check size, color, quantity, and shipping details carefully before checkout. If the wrong size is received, the item can be returned under the standard policy, and a new order can be placed for the correct size. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 90-day warranty. Customers must contact support with photos, videos, and order details for verification. Once approved, Capelin Crew covers the return shipping and provides either a replacement product or a full refund. Capelin Crew allows customers to send items back within 30 days of receiving their order. The goods must satisfy certain conditions to be accepted for return. Customers generally cover the cost of sending the item back, unless the product arrives with a manufacturing defect. Discounted products are treated as final sale and do not qualify for a cash refund. Shoppers may still exchange eligible sale items for a different size. Alternatively, the value of such items can be converted into store credit.

Payment

Capelin Crew accepts multiple secure payment methods. Customers normally do not need to pay additional import fees or VAT. If unexpected customs fees are charged, the customer support team can assist.
