What to do if your Cottsbury discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Cottsbury delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Cottsbury charges £4.95 for standard UK delivery, with free shipping available on orders over £50. The store processes orders within 1-3 business days and ships them within 48 hours. Customers can expect their bedding to arrive within 5 working days of placing an order. All parcels are tracked door to door and sent via CO2 neutral shipping. Shoppers can also collect orders from the Croydon office by selecting local pick up at checkout. A notification is sent when the order is ready for collection. International shipping costs £15, while EU orders are charged £25. Free international shipping applies to orders over £50.

Returns

Cottsbury allows customers to return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact. Products bought on sale or discount are not eligible for returns, though exchanges may be possible if stock is available. To start a return, email hello@cottsbury.com with the order number and the reason for the return. UK customers can use the returns portal, while international customers must cover the cost of shipping the items back. All customers are responsible for return postage costs. Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse, Cottsbury processes returns within 24 hours. The refund is issued via the original payment method, covering the full item price but excluding shipping fees. Credit card refunds may take longer to appear depending on the card provider.

Payment

Cottsbury accepts payments from major credit card companies including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Shoppers can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Clear Pay, and Shop Pay. The store sells digital gift cards in amounts of £10, £25, £50, £100, £200, or £250, allowing recipients to choose their own items. Customers are responsible for local taxes and duties, which are requested separately from the initial payment. From 1 July 2021, EU orders require a minimum spend of £150 due to VAT import changes. This rule does not apply to orders sent to the Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, or Spain.
