What to do if your Craft Buddy Shop discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.

Craft Buddy Shop delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Standard Tracked delivery in the UK typically arrives within two to four working days. A Premium Tracked option is also available for delivery in one to two working days. Royal Mail handles both of these UK services. International orders use tracked courier services chosen based on the destination, parcel size and available service. These timeframes are estimates and may extend during busy periods, public holidays or customs processing.

Returns

Craft Buddy Shop offers a 30-day return window for items that are no longer suitable, provided they are returned securely. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, shoppers should contact Customer Service before sending the item back to avoid delays. Custom Crystal Art Kits are excluded from change-of-mind returns, though rights remain if the item is faulty or incorrect. To start a return, customers should package the item securely and include a note with their order details inside the parcel. Refunds are not issued until the return is received and checked, after which an email confirms approval. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The store does not process direct exchanges, so customers must return the unwanted item and place a new order for a replacement. Shoppers can contact Customer Service as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. The store will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes once the order enters the packing or dispatch process. For custom products, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If the store cancels an order, it may attempt to notify the customer via email or phone.

Payment

Craft Buddy Shop accepts major payment cards and supported express payment methods. The specific options displayed at checkout may vary depending on the shopper's location and device. Digital gift cards are also available for online purchases. These e-gift cards are emailed to the buyer and require a unique code entered before payment is made. The code can be forwarded to family or friends as a present. Funds from card payments appear in the bank account based on the provider's processing times. Local taxes or import duties may apply for international orders depending on the destination.
