Cufflinks Gift Hub delivery, returns and payment

Returns

Cufflinks Gift Hub allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, including sale and discounted goods. Personalised or custom-made pieces cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the store covers the return postage and offers a replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost, and the refund usually goes to the original payer. To start a return, email the store with your order number and the items you wish to send back. The team will reply to confirm the return and provide the address for dispatch. Once the return arrives, it is inspected, and you will receive an email notification. If you return a whole order within 30 days, the original standard delivery charge is refunded, though customs duties are not. The 30-day return window is separate from the statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. This policy does not affect legal rights under consumer protection laws. Items that are used or damaged, unless faulty, may result in a reduced refund to reflect the drop in value. Customers outside the UK can also return items on the same terms.

Payment

Each paying customer may use the offer once. When a refund is processed, the bank or card provider can take a few more working days to show the money in the account.
