- Delivery
- EMOKO Bike provides free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days, with same-day orders dispatched within 48 hours. Once the items arrive at the local warehouse, delivery to your address usually takes between three and eight business days. Accessories may require a longer period, estimated at three to 20 business days. A shipping confirmation email is sent once the order leaves the warehouse, including a tracking number for status updates. EMOKO notes that all delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the specific items and shipping address. Packages may be dispatched from a local warehouse in the UK or from a warehouse in China. If an order cannot be shipped within the standard timeframe, the customer receives an email with an updated estimated delivery date.
- Returns
- Shoppers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be eligible for return within this window, as returns are not permitted after the period expires. If a package is forced, it is treated as a customer remorse return and a €200 restocking fee applies. To start a return, contact support at support@emokobike.com with the order number and reason. If the item is defective or damaged, EMOKO covers the return shipping cost and offers a free exchange, repair, or full refund after inspection. For non-quality issues, the customer pays the return shipping fee and a handling fee is deducted from the refund. Once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5 business days, the store notifies the customer of the refund status. If approved, the refund is processed minus any applicable fees. It may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the bank or credit card company to post the funds. Orders can be cancelled for personal reasons before the goods are dispatched. If the shipping notification has not been received, customers can email customer service to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours. Once the shipping notification is received, or if the order has already shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
