What to do if your Gameoverstore discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Gameoverstore delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Gameoverstore provides free shipping to all addresses within mainland UK. There is no minimum spend required to qualify for this benefit. The service covers Great Britain, ensuring broad access for shoppers across the region. For orders exceeding £75, the store recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This advice helps protect higher-value purchases during transit. Shoppers should note that specific UK areas may be subject to current shipping restrictions.

Returns

Gameoverstore accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers must supply a receipt or proof of purchase to start the process. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded, and only regular priced items qualify for a full refund. To return an item, the customer pays for the postage label and return shipping costs. These shipping fees are deducted from the final refund amount. Once the store receives and inspects the item, an email confirms receipt and notifies the customer of the refund decision. If approved, the credit is applied to the original payment method, though processing times may vary. If a refund has not arrived, customers should check their bank account and contact their credit card company, as posting times can take a while. For unresolved issues, support is available at support@gameoverstore.co.uk. Gameoverstore does not guarantee the safe arrival of returned items. If an order is cancelled or changed, the store may notify the customer via email or phone.
