What to do if your Lumibricks discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Lumibricks delivery, returns and payment

Returns

Lumibricks allows customers to return items within 30 days of delivery. Non-EU products must be unused, in their original condition, and include packaging, accessories, and manuals where possible. Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery. Lumibricks covers reasonable return shipping costs for quality issues, incorrect items, or their own errors. Customers pay return shipping for non-quality issues or EU statutory withdrawals. All products carry a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, missing parts, or shipping damage, but not normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. Shoppers can initiate a return by using the online form, the withdrawal button, or sending an email. Once a non-EU return is approved, the money goes back to the original payment method. This process typically takes between five and ten business days after the item is received and inspected. Customers in the EU who exercise their statutory withdrawal right receive a refund within 14 days of the decision. The store may hold the payment until the returned goods arrive. Refunds are sent to the original payment method unless a different arrangement is made.

Payment

Lumibricks supports Apple Pay on compatible devices to speed up the checkout process. Customers in eligible regions may also split the cost using supported installment providers. Taxes are calculated at the point of checkout based on the delivery destination.
