What to do if your Ouros Jewels discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Ouros Jewels delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Ouros Jewels ships most Delicate Collection and Ready to Ship orders within 3 to 4 business days of placing the order. Strong Collection orders typically ship in 4 to 5 weeks. A Diamond Concierge will contact the customer within 24 to 48 hours if an order requires more time to ship. Delivery takes 7 to 9 working days once dispatched. A signature is mandatory for every delivery, so packages cannot be left unattended. If the shipping location does not match the billing address, extra paperwork might be needed. International orders typically arrive 8 to 14 business days after dispatch, with the exact time varying by destination. Buyers must cover any customs clearance or delivery fees that arise. Customers can arrange to collect their items from the boutique at 30 W 47th St Ste 204. This in-store pickup service works for both custom pieces and items bought online. It suits shoppers who prefer to grab their jewellery directly instead of waiting for a courier.

Returns

Ouros Jewels allows returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is not custom, personalised, or made to order. These specific pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty. All return requests require prior written approval before the item is sent back. To start a return, customers must email contact@ourosjewels.com with complete order details and the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must securely package the item while retaining proof of shipment. Once the return is received, Ouros Jewels inspects the item to verify eligibility and condition. If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. The credited amount typically takes approximately 2 to 5 working days to appear in the customer’s account.
