This action is subject to seller approval. If you simply changed your mind, contact the seller directly to ask for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify. Refunds are denied if any item is missing from the package or if the packaging is damaged. Fashion collectibles opened after purchase are not eligible for refunds. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and customs fees are not refunded. Orders can be cancelled within five minutes of purchase via the Order Summary. Each buyer is allowed one cancellation total across all orders. Tilt Support cannot cancel orders on your behalf. Once an order is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled, and shipped products are subject to the seller's return policy.
