- UPERFECT Monitors and LapDocks ship with free delivery on all orders. Most in-stock items are processed within one to two business days before being sent via UPS or another major carrier. The estimated delivery time and any applicable costs appear on the order confirmation page and are sent to your email. Orders shipped from overseas warehouses typically arrive within two to seven business days. International shipments from the central warehouse take between seven and 15 business days, depending on the destination. Factors such as flight schedules and weather can occasionally affect the final delivery date. Customers can update their delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched. If the package has already been processed for shipment, changes may not be possible. A shipment notification with tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

- Uperfectmonitor allows customers to cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it. If the order is already in the shipping process after this window, cancellations may not be allowed. For returns, buyers have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to send back an undamaged product. This period also applies to requesting a replacement for any reason, including dissatisfaction or fit issues. To start a return, contact customer support with the order number and reason, or use the return portal. Support provides a return label within 24 business hours and a return address within three business days. Buyers must include all accessories and original packaging, as returns without these items may be rejected or result in reduced refunds. The return shipping fee is $59, which is covered by the store for quality-related issues but is the buyer's responsibility otherwise. Once the returned item arrives at the warehouse, the refund process begins. Customers should send a return notification to Uperfectmonitor with the courier name and tracking number to ensure timely processing. If a product has a quality issue, the store covers the shipping cost and provides a free replacement or refund. All monitors include a limited lifetime warranty for original in-box accessories.
