Amandahairs delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Amandahairs offers free shipping to the US with a delivery window of 3 to 5 working days. Orders are processed within 24 hours if in stock, while out-of-stock items take 3 to 5 working days to ship. Local logistics deliver on business days, and orders placed over the weekend ship first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Shoppers receive a tracking number as soon as the hair is sent out. If a tracking number does not work, customers can contact customer service via live chat or email to verify shipping details. Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues, and holidays do not count as business days. For urgent orders or specific shipping method requests, customers should contact customer service directly. Amandahairs uses third-party logistics companies for all deliveries, and once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is accessible and secure for delivery.

Returns

Shoppers may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving an order, provided the item remains in its original condition. The store does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with texture or color. Customers must contact customer service before sending any item back, as unauthorized returns may not be refunded. To start a return, customers should reach out to support to receive specific mailing instructions. The store inspects all returned items before approving an exchange or refund. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs to the distribution center. Once the store receives and inspects a valid return, replacements ship within three business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within three to seven business days. Providing a tracking number helps speed up the processing time. Orders can be canceled within two business days of purchase by contacting customer service. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The store may also cancel orders if payment terms are not met or if additional information is required.

Payment

Amandahairs accepts Visa and Mastercard, charging the card immediately upon order placement. All payments are 100% upfront, and cards from local banks without these logos are not accepted. PayPal is also available, allowing users to fund their accounts with various local methods and use a single-click express feature at checkout. US shoppers can split purchases between $10 and $1,000 into four interest-free installments via Klarna. These payments are automatically charged to a debit or credit card every two weeks. There are no additional costs as long as payments are made on time. Availability of specific payment options may vary by location and device.
