Creality delivery, returns and payment

Creality offers free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders usually ship within 2 business days, though delivery may take longer to remote regions. All other shipping costs, including insurance, brokerage, duties, and freight, are the responsibility of the customer. Once an order is accepted and prepared for shipping, Creality sends an order acceptance email with shipment details. For out-of-stock items, this email arrives when the product becomes available. Customers can log in to their Creality account to track the shipment status.

Returns

Shoppers can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped from the warehouse. If Creality cannot supply the product after confirming the order, the company will cancel the order and offer a refund. Consumables and complimentary items such as gifts or promotional accessories are not covered by the warranty policy. Creality handles exchanges for items damaged in transit, but the shipping carrier must verify the damage. The machine must arrive whole and without any exterior harm caused by people. Shoppers have 14 calendar days to send the item back after agreeing to the exchange with the company. Creality pays for both legs of shipping when a product has a quality issue under warranty. Customers must pack the item securely for the journey. Packaging costs are charged to the buyer because the materials are single-use and cannot be reused.

Payment

Creality accepts credit cards, though orders may be rejected if the card is declined or the quantity is unusually large. A confirmation email arrives once the order and payment are received. Gift cards and virtual goods are not eligible for return or replacement.
