What to do if your Zarpouch discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Zarpouch delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Zarpouch ships orders to the United States and Canada. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, though estimates may vary based on location and carrier delays. The US standard shipping fee is $6.90, but shipping is free on orders over $79. Customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the package ships. Zarpouch does not support delivery to Alaska, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Vermont, or Rhode Island. Some regions, including California, Florida, and Texas, may experience delays due to package sorting and transit issues. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and location. Bundles include free standard shipping and a free energy AirPouch pack.

Returns

Zarpouch does not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason once an order has been shipped. All sales are final due to the nature of the products. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or updated after submission because of automated processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for partial refunds. They are only refunded if the entire order is canceled due to a store error or total stock-out. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping may incur extra charges. Zarpouch processes all orders in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own international exchange rates and foreign transaction fees. These costs are determined by your financial institution and are outside the store's control. When a verified defect, shipping mistake, or stock issue occurs, the store provides a replacement or full refund without extra charges. The money returns to the original payment method only after the item is received and checked. Shoppers should expect this process to take five to ten business days.

Payment

Zarpouch processes orders within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. All payments must be made through approved methods to ensure the transaction is valid. If a payment fails, the shopper should contact their bank to authorize the transaction before trying again. The store offers safe and trusted payment options to protect these transactions. Payment information is shared only with certified payment service providers who maintain the confidentiality of the details.
