For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, charges vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Once an order is shipped, delivery typically takes three to seven business days. If a customer orders multiple products, they may receive separate shipments with different delivery times. After products are shipped, SIRUI sends an email with logistics tracking information. Customers can also track their order by entering relevant information into a provided link. Please note that orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and sales tax levied by government agencies.

Returns

SIRUI offers a 30-day return window for products in good working condition. This policy applies to customers in the US and EU, while other regions do not accept returns for non-manufacturing defects. Customers must pay for shipping back to the designated service center. The company may deduct round-trip shipping, depreciation, or bank charges from the final refund amount. To start a return, customers should email service@sirui.com for instructions. SIRUI inspects the item upon arrival to confirm acceptance. If the return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If a customer cancels an order for personal reasons, a bank transaction fee is charged. SIRUI products also come with a limited warranty ranging from one to six years. This coverage includes free certified repairs for manufacturing faults or defects found during normal use.

Payment

Shoppers can pay using credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or bank transfer. Card payments require the name on the card, the card number, expiration date, and security code.
