International shipping is currently accepted. Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed in the U.S.

Returns

MASON New York Jewelry allows customers to request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused and in the same condition they were received. Once the store provides a return address, shoppers have seven working days to send the items back. Returns sent after this window are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To start a return, the store issues a specific return address and order number for the package label. For broken or defective items, customers must include a clear picture and description of the issue. International orders and items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. If an exchange is chosen, the store covers the shipping cost for the replacement item. The store emails customers to confirm receipt of the return once the warehouse processes it. Refunds are issued after this confirmation. Note that returning a broken or defective item results in a partial refund rather than a full one. All returns are complimentary for domestic orders.
