• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.

ZAPAKA delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Zapaka processes orders through strict quality control before shipping, meaning total delivery time includes both processing and transit. Standard shipping takes 6 to 10 business days, while expedited shipping requires 3 to 8 business days. Customers receive a tracking number via email after a two-business-day processing period. It may take 3 to 7 days for tracking activity to appear once the package leaves the warehouse. Shipping costs depend on item weight, the chosen shipping method, and the delivery destination. Zapaka ships worldwide to nearly every country, including North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Customers must provide a physical address, as the store cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. International shipments may require customers to collect parcels in person or pay applicable customs duties.

Returns

Shoppers have seven days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. ZAPAKA does not accept returns for clearance, accessories, customized items, flash sales, or Black Friday specials. Custom dresses are also excluded from returns due to their specific nature. To start a return, contact customer service with the item details and reason. Do not send packages directly without receiving instructions first. ZAPAKA does not offer freight to collect services, so customers cover all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refunded. Returns are processed within seven business days of receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method, and a confirmation email is sent. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of two to three items. A 30% restocking fee applies to returns of four or more items. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after one day. Cancellations within 24 hours of payment receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours receive an 80% refund plus shipping. Cancellations between 72 and 120 hours receive a 50% refund plus shipping.

Payment

ZAPAKA takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and its own gift cards for orders placed on desktop, mobile, or the app. Prepaid gift card holders must register a billing address with the card issuer before checking out. When a card payment is declined due to wrong details or blocked international transactions, trying another card or switching to PayPal often resolves the issue quickly.
