• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.

Ashimaryhair delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Ashimaryhair ships most orders within one to three business days after checkout. Once the package leaves the warehouse, customers receive a tracking number by email to monitor the status. The store notes that delivery usually takes three to five days, though the exact timeline depends on the shipping method and the customer's location. Shoppers can enjoy free shipping on all orders sitewide with no minimum purchase required. This benefit applies to most countries, and customers can combine free shipping with an Ashimary Hair discount code. For specific logistics preferences, buyers should leave a comment during checkout or contact customer service before shipment. Shipping companies may charge additional fees for deliveries to remote addresses. Customers should check the product page for specific shipping fees if they are located in a region with different policies. If a package is reported as delivered but not received, the store advises contacting the express company promptly.

Returns

Shoppers have 14 days after receiving a parcel to submit a return or exchange request. Hair care products, accessories, liquids, and custom orders are not returnable. Discounted sale items also do not qualify for refunds. Customers must email the store within 30 days to start the process, including photos and reasons for the return. After approval, the store sends a dedicated return address. Customers are responsible for freight charges, and freight collect parcels are rejected. Returns sent without prior notification will be refused. If goods are damaged in transit, a damage proof document from the courier must be included. Refunds are processed after the store inspects the returned items to verify defects. Funds return to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days for card payments. A confirmation email is sent once the refund is issued. Cancellations before shipment receive full refunds, but are unavailable once an order is processed.

Payment

Shoppers can pay with Visa or MasterCard personal credit cards, as debit and business cards are not supported. PayPal is also available for checkout. Klarna offers buy-now-pay-later options, allowing customers to split purchases into installments. Availability of these methods may vary by location and device. If a payment fails, check for insufficient funds or credit limit issues. Bank processing for card transactions can take 7 to 10 business days. Customers should verify their card security code and ensure the order amount does not exceed their limit. For persistent issues, contact customer service at wecare@ashimaryhair.com.
