Ibling Jewels delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Ibling Jewels ships to the USA with a standard delivery time of 19 to 20 business days. This service is free for most orders. Shoppers can also choose express shipping, which arrives in 9 to 10 business days for an additional cost. Customers must provide a complete residential or business address, as the store does not ship to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is entered at checkout, the team will contact the buyer to request an alternate address before shipping. Tracking details are sent via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. Signature on delivery is available upon request where supported. If a package is marked delivered but not received, the buyer should check with their local post office or contact the store immediately. The store is not responsible for stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

Returns

Ibling Jewels allows returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers must email support@iblingjewels.com to request approval and receive specific return instructions. Unauthorized returns are not processed. Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Items must be securely packaged and shipped with proof of shipment retained. The customer pays for return shipping. All returns undergo a strict quality check, and a report is shared before any refund is issued. If an item fails inspection, it is returned to the customer without a refund. Once a return passes inspection, the refund is processed using the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 3 to 5 business days. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers should notify the company within 24 hours to assist with the claim.

Payment

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that apply to their orders. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the initial purchase price. Processing times for payments may vary depending on the specific provider used by the customer.
