What to do if your Theshadowgps discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Theshadowgps delivery, returns and payment

Returns

Shoppers have 14 days after receiving and activating a tracker to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible. Customers should contact marketing@theshadowgps.com to start the process, as items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted. Once a return is accepted, the store provides a shipping label and instructions for sending the package to PO Box 104, Elk Mills, MD 21920. The store notifies customers after inspecting the returned item. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though banks may take additional time to post the credit. Customers should review orders carefully before submitting them, as the store may be unable to accommodate cancellations after an order is accepted. If an order is cancelled or changed, the store attempts to notify the customer via email, billing address, or phone. Shoppers should inspect deliveries immediately and report any defects or wrong items to the support team.

Payment

Payment is required before an order is accepted. Theshadowgps processes the transaction to confirm the purchase. Subscribers can choose between two billing cycles. The quarterly plan costs $13 per month. The annual plan costs $12 per month. Both options are cheaper than the standard $15 monthly rate.
